Ignite is our women’s only lift + conditioning hybrid group fitness class. We mix muscle-building lifts and high-energy conditioning so you get the most out of your 55 minutes.
Classes are planned in 8-week training blocks using a progressive, structured approach to improve strength, performance and body recomposition.
With two dynamic zones—Turf (barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells) and Machine (assault treadmill, ski’erg, rowing machine and bike) you will always keep moving.
Every workout includes mobility work, accessory lifts, barbell exercises and conditioning for the most well-rounded training.

BARBELL CLUB

Barbell Club is a co-ed small group class all about getting under the bar, building pure strength and confidence. We use barbells and rigs to push power, raw strength, muscular endurance, and hypertrophy to the next level. Every session is designed to progressively overload movement patterns so you can lift heavier, move better, and grow stronger week after week.
