A women’s only small group class where you will learn barbell lifts and skills that are built upon week to week. Come workout with us in an encouraging atmosphere where it feels like you’re working out with friends.

BARBELL CLUB

If you’ve always wanted to learn how to lift with barbells but are unsure where to start, this is the class for you. Every class you will learn 2 main lifts and some accessory exercises to balance your muscles.

IGNITE

Ignite is our women’s only lift + conditioning hybrid group fitness class. We mix muscle-building lifts and high-energy conditioning so you get the most out of your 55 minutes.

Classes are planned in 8-week training blocks using a progressive, structured approach to improve strength, performance and body recomposition.

Every class you will focus on 1 main barbell lift, 1 skill, accessory lifts and a 5-10 minute finisher.

BARBELL CLUB

Barbell Club is a co-ed small group class all about getting under the bar, building pure strength and confidence. We use barbells and rigs to push power, raw strength, muscular endurance, and hypertrophy to the next level. Every session is designed to progressively overload movement patterns so you can lift heavier, move better, and grow stronger week after week.

Every class you will focus on 2 main barbell lifts, 1 skill, and accessory lifts for balance.
