Online coaching is designed for people who have gym access and train independently but want precise programming that is built to meet their specific goals, lifestyle, movement patterns, and individual needs.
Programs are customized whether your goal is to build muscle, learn how to lift heavy, improve mobility, get your first pull-up, improve athleticism, train for Hyrox, or simply feel stronger and more capable physically.
Online coaching includes guidance, accountability, progress tracking, and occasional in-person coaching support.
BASE ONLINE COACHING
ONLINE TRAINING

A structured training program tailored to your specific goals and needs.
Includes:
• Customized training program
• 3–5 training days/week
• Program updates every 4–6 weeks
• Warm-ups, mobility, and conditioning guidance
• Messaging support
• Weekly coaching check-ins
• Monthly training review/check-in
Included In-Person Support
• One 45-minute 1:1 coaching session at the beginning of each new training block where you will be shown all exercises and guided through your updated program
• One in-person small-group training session per month where you can drop-in, complete one of your workouts in our gym, and receive light coaching and feedback

BUDDY COACHING ONLINE
TRAINING FOR 2 PEOPLE
$239/month
Designed for friends, training partners, siblings, or couples who want structure, accountability, and results-driven programming while training independently or together.
Each person receives individualized programming tailored to their goals, abilities, and training experience while allowing schedules and workouts to complement one another when desired.
Includes:
• Customized programming for both individuals
• 3–5 training days/week
• Program updates every 4–6 weeks
• Warm-ups, mobility, and conditioning guidance
• Messaging support
• Weekly coaching check-ins
• Monthly progress review
Included In-Person Support
• One shared 60-minute in-person coaching session at the beginning of each new training block
• One in-person small-group training session per month for both individuals

NUTRITION GUIDANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY ONLY

General nutrition guidance designed to support your training, recovery, body composition, and lifestyle goals. Weekly check-ins to see how your training is going based on your own training (not our programming).
Includes:
• Personalized calorie and macro guidance if desired
• Sample meal plans
• Recipe recommendations
• Grocery and meal prep guidance
• Accountability and habit support
• Adjustments based on progress and goals
ADDITIONAL 1:1 TRAINING SESSION

For monthly members who want extra training. 45-minute private coaching session focused on your needs and goals.
