The Recomp Project Calculator
Experimental composite index for body composition, muscularity, shape, visual definition, and relative strength.

Enter Skeletal Muscle Mass, not Lean Mass. Hume: Body → Muscle & Skeleton Analysis → Skeletal Muscle Mass.
3. Visual Definition
Use standardized photos with the same lighting, distance, clothing, and pose. For definition ratings, use a light, repeatable flex if that will be your standard. Do not compare relaxed photos with hard-flexed photos.
4. Strength
Strength is normalized to bodyweight. High lift numbers can strongly improve the strength profile, but strength does not erase a high body-fat score.

Muscularity Gate

New in this version: a small waist cannot earn a perfect shape score if muscularity is low. The calculator uses skeletal-muscle % and FFMI as a muscularity gate.
Conversely, very high strength can produce a strong Strength-Dominant profile even at higher body fat, but strength cannot fully cancel composition.
We align technical insight with disciplined execution to provide measurable gains across operational, financial, and strategic domains.
